"poor price to value ratio compared to other BBs in the region"

The property didn't meet our expectations and the price is highly exaggerated for what you get. During our holiday we stayed in 7 different properties around this region with a similar price range and all of them were exceptional or very good according to our perception. This one however was surprisingly poor for the price we payed. Room: very basic. We booked a room with additional bed. It was squeaking and the matrass was uncomfortable. When showing it to the owner, we received a comment that it is difficult to fulfil everybody's expectations.. Poor breakfast.

Location it is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean, hosts colaborative. There are few places around where you can eat

Breakfast is very poor, processed sweets. The coffee is very bad for an italian location. You have tables to take breakfast in case you would like to bring additional food for breakfast.

Apartment was really nice and clean. Hosts were kind. Location was perfect, easy accesible with a car.

Pilows are not comfortable (too high). Breakfast could be better.

"The best B&B we have ever stayed at"

Everything - the staff where unbelievable from helping to arrange a taxi from the airport at 2AM after our flight was late and we where unable to pick hire car up, to then the following morning arranging a hire car from a local Hertz on our behalf. Truly an amazing stay and amazing family owned B&B
