La finestra sul Museo del Mare

Un appartement très bien situé pour visiter Gênes et son port. Il est bien aménagé et fonctionnel pour une famille. La clim est vraiment appréciable en plein été. L'escalier qui mène à l'appartement est surprenant la première fois, mais il est complètement à l'image de la ville, tout en verticalité! La communication avec notre hôte était très bonne. Il a été très serviable et très prévenant. Le discount dont il nous a fait bénéficier sur le parking d'à côté est aussi un vrai bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning worked great, even for heating during chilly mornings and nights. The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything we wanted to see in Genova. The street itself was much nicer than we expected based on previous reviews — culturally diverse, with plenty of grocery shops nearby for anything we needed, and even a laundry shop close by.

The only small downside was the entrance — the stairs were steeper than expected and definitely gave us a bit of a workout, sometimes tempting us to stay in rather than head back out! But overall, it was a great base for exploring the city, and we’d happily stay here again.

The host was very friendly and helpful and communication was easy and fast via WhatsApp and phone. The apartment is a beautiful mix of modern comfort (eg. dishwasher) and old style elements (original stone walls) Lots of small ethnic shops nearby for easy access to food and drinks. 5 minute walk from main railway station

As mentioned by other travellers already, there is some noise from the main through road that is in front of the building. It is not too loud, but it is a 24/7 ‘zooming’ in the background. Keep in mind this place is on the second floor with steep stair and uneven steps, no elevator.

Everything was prepared for a nice stay. The Apartment was spotless clean and well equipped. The location is very busy but the windows are very good isolated. The host was in contact with us via Whatsapp and was making sure everything was working properly.

Beautiful apartment quiet and very clean

The only downfall about this property is the staircase leading up to the apartment. It is rather steep, but worth the climb.

Attention to detail - the apartment was superbly equipped, it was thoughtfully designed, modern, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was superb, massive fridge, huge shower and comfortable beds. We were a family of four (kids 16 and 14) stayed in 3 places during our holiday in Italy (Milan and here) and France, Nice and this was the most spacious and best by far. Also our host Lorenzo was really proactive and helpful, he called us before arriving to make sure we understood everything and to answer any questions we had. If you message him, he’ll respond immediately, really reassuring.

The apartment was well equipped. Good and neat furniture. The air condition worked really well. The bathroom and amenities provided was really good. Check-in was easy. And the hosts are very communicative.

The surroundings of the apartment was loud and dirty. A walk very late in the night is not a pleasant experience with the crowd and their behavior. During day time it is completely fine. Note that booking chargers do not include tourist tax from the city.
