Room to rent

Welcoming Host Showed us through the accommodation and made sure everything was ok

All good

Karl was very accommodating even when I had an awkward request to check in late. The room was very comfortable. I didn't avail of it but had use of the kitchen too.

Nothing

The host Karl is genuine and very friendly. I stayed for a week without a car. He drove me from and to Mulingar on the day I arrived and left and he was also helpful driving me to the nearest Lidl and bus station on a few occasions. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is functional as are the washing machine and washer. .

The house is relatively new but there are a couple of technical hiccups, i.e. the drying rack is not the type that heats though this is standard in new homes for decades, the WC is slightly smaller than usual and the windows have single glazing so passing vehicles on the highway are heard in the bedroom. My room had a classroom atlas from the 1990's adorning much of the wall which in terms of design is not great (on the bright side the wall colour is a cafe au lait tone which is very pleasant).

Nice and clean room with a big bathroom. You can use the kitchen where coffee and tea is provided. Its absolutely worth for the price! Karl is a perfect host, we stayed just for one night but would book again any time!

Location is good. It is very near everything.

Comfy bed.

No tv channels in the bedroom. Poor lighting outside. Kitchen could do with an upgrade. Won't be returning. Host was pleasant in fairness.
