The host was very accomodating, and pleasant. Room and Bathroom were immaculate and adequate. Exceptional value for money.

Great hosts and very welcoming.very good size room compared to other accommodation and a good price. Very comfortable bed and mattress.

Similar to other reviews, can be very loud at times with the dogs and slamming of doors downstairs. Should be a bit more respectful for the guests. Hand soap should also be provided in the bathroom.

Really lovely room with a wonderful view. Newton Abbot is great for walking, running and hiking. There are excellent restaurants in town. The hosts are fantastic, always providing anything you need.

The cleanliness of the shared bathroom of course depends on the other guests staying at the same time as you. Unfortunately I was not so lucky in this regard. A small fridge in the room would have been great, but then again I also forgot to ask about it.
