Un nuevo concepto y las grandes empresas siguen haciendose con el mercado en todos los ámbitos. Se trata de un mega-complejo de apartamentos nuevos a las afueras de San Sebastián. Los apartamentos, de nueva construcción, son como se esperaría: limpios, todo nuevo... y diminutos. El personal fue muy agradable en todo momento.

Los espacios son muy justos. Está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad. El ambiente, a pesar de la mucha gente que circula, es tranquilo y agradable.
