About the advantages of this apartment: + very clean + very well equipped (include dishwasher, washing machine and full equipped kitchen) + totally new and modern + You get like a gift wine, water and snacks + on the ground floor is located very good bakery with the best foccacia which I have ever eat I see only two disadvantages of this apartment: - each window faces on the railway tracks. Windows are not soundproof and I heard the trains. If You are sensitive to sounds it could be a problem - the air condition is located in living room on the wrong wall. Because of that You can not cool the bedrooms.

Everything, it was great, the apartment was very big, there was everything that you need (from cafe, drinkable water, dish soap, washing machine etc.) I loved the host, he took us to the store by car, he has showed city and he was very kind!!!

"Great place stay - warmly recommend it for families"

Monica, the host was great, helped with all the questions and made the stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was large with all the needed facilities. Free street parking was available close to the location.

"Super place to stay and enjoy the Monopoli city"

The apartament was brand new and super clean. We enjoyed it a lot. You can do your laundry or wash the dishes in the dishwasher. There were plenty of small gifts from Monica (host) for us to feel like at home (thank you :) ) Monica is a very helpful and kind host. We recommend this place to every one. The shop is nearby and near the entrance there is a bakery.

Super small lift (but this more for a building).
