Regelmäßige Stromausfälle, teilweise defektes Mobiliar, Stauraum teilweise nicht nutzbar da mit diversem Materia blockiert l

Cet appartement a tout ce qu’il faut. Il est bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est top. Il est très propre et très spacieux. L’ascenseur est un gros plus. En dehors du centre donc très calme. Il y a un petit magasin au pied de l’immeuble pour du dépannage. Il y a même un jeu de société qui a ravie nos soirées une fois rentré à l’appart. Il dispose de la Clim et de ventilateur au plafond.

Seul petit bémol, il est adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite du fait de l’ascenseur et de la barre dans la douche, mais pas aux fauteuils roulant. selon le handicap pas top. La douche est très glissante et mon fils n’ayant pas de stabilité n’a pas pu l’utiliser.

L'appartement parfait! Spacieux, très bien situé, très bien équipé, calme , propre, à conseiller!! Une arrivée et départ en autonomie pour être libre des horaires , impeccable !!

Muy cerquita de la playa y del tram de alicante

The location is bit outside the city, but just behind the corner is a tram stop and in 8 minutes you can be in the city center. And if you have a car, there is not a problem at all. It's quite calm area. The apartment is very big and spacious, with 2 AC splits and ceiling fans. Mostly all of the dishes, pots, linens and towels are there, so no problem at all.

We hoped for at least a bit earlier check-in but unfortunately the ower doesn't agree with that and finally we were checked-in about an 1 hour later as there was a problem with the key, which was not there where it should have been. The other thing is that opening the door requires higher level of master degrees... We don't require luxury, but I think that basic hygiene items such as soap (only liquid soap that had just a little bit at the bottom of the bottle ) and toilet paper should be available (only 1 already started roll), especially when we came in 4 for a whole week. The fridge is bit smelly and it was off from the electricity when we came. The electricity in general should be renovate somehow as it was switching off from time to time.
