Very clean everything And they got bad review about bed bugs we can confirmed there's a no bed bugs because we saw they cleaned everything we will attatching the pictures too. this place is amazing and they offering different breakfast every day🥰

DONT GO THERE. Me and my friend stayed for one night and had a rash all over our body, because of bed bugs. Sadly we saw the review of the other girl woth bad bugs too late, but we can confirm its true. We are very disappointed that they did not take her report seriously and gave the room to us. Also the windows dont close, and the mosquito net has holes. The walls of the rooms are not closed to the ceiling so you hear basically everything. Not that bad, but think about it if you want it.

Good facilities and location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE IS BEDBUGS. I know this is not unheard of in Sri Lanka so I would have not left a bad review had this accommodation dealt with my concerns and experience appropriately. I stayed here for one night only. When I woke up here I noticed an unusual rash/insect bites/hives on my right leg, mostly around my foot but also extending up my right leg. Also some on my left leg , a few on both thighs and lower back . I initially was inquisitive to what it might be as have not previously had bed bugs. I went on a hike to little Adam’s peak that morning but by the time I came back I sat down for breakfast and examined my ‘rash’ further.. there was a LOT of bites on there. Probably about 100 if I was to guess. During the day they grew bigger and became a lot more itchy so I was beginning to become more concerned. At this point I had checked out of the hostel (was staying somewhere else in the town) but had given them my laundry before I had left (I thought best wash everything I had worn in last 24 hours) . I went to pharmacy that afternoon who confirmed that it was bedbugs and gave me some treatment. Also I to add, I myself am from a medical background and am travelling with a group of doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists. I returned the following morning to A Lounge as had rented a moped from them so wanted to return it and thought this a good time as well to inform them of the now confirmed bed bugs situation . I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I explained that I had confirmed bed bugs and wanted them to please make sure this is taken seriously as do not want the next people staying in the room to be impacted. They didn’t so much as even offer an apology and denied everything and said it is not bed bugs. However, I myself am from a medical background and have also had a confirmed sThey said no not more than usual,. They changed the sheets and flipped the mattress. I asked to please speak with the girls staying there.

Everything was perfect. The location, staff, cleaness....highly recommended

It was a lovely stay, very nice vibes. The room it's comfortable and clean . Lovely and helpful staff, they prepare really tasty breakfast 🥞 thank you so much. I will come back!
