Clean, no smells, comfy beds, fans to keep the room cool. But, above all else, great hosts. Julie was without a doubt one of the best hosts I have seen on this website. Always there, even found and helped me retrieve some of my belongings that I accidentally left during the checkout. So, at least for me, Julie is the main reason for recommending this accommodation.

I was unable to fully open the blinds outside of the windows in my room, which made the room dark 24/7. Not necessarily a bad thing as I didn’t really mind, but something to keep in mind. All the common rooms do not share this issue.

+ Julia, host is very nice and helplul person. Cares about everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. + Apartment is close to train station - 10 min walking, centro storico - 8min waking, local restaurant with lovely Italian food-3 min. + Room is spacious and clean, everything is new. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary stuff. Two bathrooms.

- It's a bit noisy when windows are open due to rush street. Only that's why my note is 9 not 10.
