Practical accommodation in a handy location, just a few minutes walk from Newbury town centre, albeit via an underpass and a short section adjacent to a busy dual carriageway.

Lack of an information pack in the property, (which is often common practice), to inform guests how appliances work, how to best dispose of rubbish/ recycling etc. List of local amenities, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Also the exterior was unkept, not suitable to relax outside.

Position to Newbury town, and the rail station, spot on

Couldn’t find normal channels on any tv, all sky or cable, complicated if you have never had sky or cable, And even then some I chose, had to sign in !!. Beware of uneven patio, slab stuck up by the bins on way to garden, needs attention NOW.

Beautiful house, great location for what we needed. Really spacious property, aesthetically pleasing. Host were lovely and it was a great stay.
