NescaFlat 3in1 Third apartment

Great location, quiet and private. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Walking distance to many restaurantes, bars, and coffee shops, and well as the river + Old Town.

Very small. If you're going to be spending time in the apartment, it can feel a bit claustrophobic. Definitely only for 1 or 2 people.

The location is truly 10 minutes if not less from city center and the furnishings were modern. Also it was very safe since it had 3 rounds of doors all with keys/codes

It was dirty. I’ve never been to an accomodation where I felt unconfortable showering, walking around and even sleeping because of the dirt. It lookes like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages, full of dust, hair everywhere, and we found 2 spiders. Also, as backpackers, we were counting on there being an iron but there wasn’t, and when we asked the host she said she doesn’t know and then left us on read about what we could do. Overall I would not book again.

great modern apartment with comfortable bed and great sized shower. Good communication from the owners.

wasn’t the best soundproofing and could here construction work and people walking above.

We enjoyed the fully equipped apartment, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed, and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. We appreciated the easy access and quiet location. The host was very responsive and accommodating, for which we are grateful. Thank you!

We struggled with the temperature throughout our stay. The only temperature control was an air conditioner located high up, and no matter how we adjusted it, it was tropical heat at the top and no more than 20 degrees with humidity at the bottom. And we really tried to adjust it. There was a noticeable smell of mold in the apartment, which was also visible under the window. As someone with allergies, this significantly worsened my experience during the stay.
