NescaFlat 3in1 First apartment

Probably the best located flat you can get 5-10 minutes walking from all the main points in the city. Point blank range from daily commute such as busses and a 3 min walk to the metro. Clean and tidy, packed with everything you may need for a trip. Even has cookware! The hosts can be contacted easily and are really responsive 10/10. If you follow the instructions from them everything will be fine.

Would have loved some garbage bags. THAT'S IT. Everything was fine, definitely recommend! 👍

Really nice place. Exactly what we needed. Close to the first 100E bus stop from the airport. Also close to Kalvin Ter metro station. A really good location. Close to an Aldi for groceries. We didn't use the cooking facilities, but all the basics are there. There was no hairdryer, but within one hour of sending the host a message, a brand new one was delivered to the door. We experienced no noise at night and being in a courtyard helps keep bright light out too. We experienced no loud stag or hen parties in the nearby area while we there, more of a student vibe. If you want a well located, clean, great value base for a few days...stay here.

Shower is slow draining but not a problem unless more than one person needs to shower in quick succession.

Good location, close to express bus 100E from the airport, also not far from the city center and public transport. A few good shops not far away. The ap is a part of 3, at the basement of an old building, in the second inner courtyard, so it was generally quiet. It is not large, but split in 2, with the bedroom upstairs. Large comfy bed, with real mattress; a bit hard, but fine. The kitchen has the basics, very useful for a quick breakfast or dinner, including a fridge [no freezer though], electric [induction] plate, microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle, some pots and cutlery. The lower part has an extensible sofa, very useful, although not very comfy. The air conditioning and an electric heater were a great help during some cold nights in May. A lot of power-sockets and variuos litghting facilities. Very good wifi. Good curtains and drapes to cover the window.

The access to the bed is by a very steep ladder which I didn't assess correctly when making the booking; main reason for downgrading the score. Stingy on toilet paper and trash-bags; luckily I got some extra from elsewhere. No tv, nor dishwasher [just a sponge and some cleaning fluid near the sink]. The building looks drab and neglected from inside, but it doesn't really affect the property. There are a few steps to be climbed, so watch out if disbled or carrying heavy luggage. The drain of the shower is very slow, so it's not a good idea to take a long strong shower. Few towels; being single, they were enough, but for a couple or more they are not. The clothes cupboard is upstairs, you have to climb that steep ladder with your items to use it. Downstairs is another, smaller, where I found a used and smelly mop which I put out of the room. A few small improvements would make a great difference: a few hooks on the door for overcoats; a small shelf in the shower cabin for gel and others, another shelf above the bathroom sink. Not much natural light.

The Appartement was really nice and clean

It was too cold. These days the weather is too cold in Budapest and you should normally provide a warm place to the visitors. Only the place with the bed is getting warm with the air conditioning, but the rest apartment is too cold and we both got sick. I recommend you to find a way to warm the kitchen and the toilet, otherwise do not rent it during the winter. The kitchen has also one coffee machine which is not working.

Comfortable bed, convenient location.

No toilet paper and no extra towels. No napkins .Shower was uncomfortable and water would spill onto the floor if you showered for more than 2-5 mins. Upstairs area was warm but downstairs was cold.

Very cosy and clean apartment. Perfect for two people- perfect location and all necessary things (dishes, towels) were available. Very nice owner :)
