Friendly and responsive host, he allowed to let luggage ahead of checkin. 5/10 min walk to the city center and nice cafés just around the door. Supermarket closeby. Heating was working very well in both rooms. Kitchen was particularly well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, two issues made us regret the stay in the ground floor apt. The only windows are facing a street junction with many lanes/crossroad. First issue: the sewage smell coming out of the bathroom after showering was really disgusting, intense and long-lasting. Dont let any textile dry / hang in there. Letting fresh air in was not so easy with the street-facing windows. Second issue: street noise and street lights in the room. The jalousie let a lot of light through and the noise from both cars and passers-by made it hard to sleep well. Some obvious improvements include getting bar chairs that have a height suitable for the table, disposing of the mouldy first-aid kit on the fridge and changing the couch cover for one without the large stain as well as installing noise and light-cancelling curtains. Also the cleanliness was not att the level it should be (some liquid on the bed headboard, wine glass with wine remains).
