Lake Terrace Apartment - Taupo

The lounge area, bathroom and toilet was lovely and homely

There were ants everywhere everyday and at night in the apartment. Inside and around the fridge the kettle all over the bench and the sink was bad. Could see few crawling around the carpet. The lounge suit and chasers had dust over them. The in-between of the couches were absolutely dirty and had crumbs all in the sides. The bed was absolutely horrible way too soft as if the springs had broken. We only had 2 towels and was expecting cleaners to give clean towels for the 2 days we were there. We were expected to clean and clear out our rubbish and dishes and reset the place. I felt as if we cleaned the apartment a lot better than it was when we arrived.

Le logement est juste incroyable. La cuisine est très bien équipé, la salle de bain dispose même d’une machine à laver. La chambre est confortable et le salon grand. Nous avons passer un très bon moment en famille.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Not really a big enough apartment for 4 people.

Close to the lake, not too far to town, nice and sunny.

Very noisy upstairs neighbours. One directly above was crashing around upstairs from 3.30 to 5am one morning. The bed was very uncomfortable and I got a sore back.

No heating, couch armrest was buggered, no mainstream tv channels and bed mattress was not that great. Lounge power point faulty and the lamp flickered, we unplugged and used another point
