The place is near to the shop and activities centre. I enjoyed walking and exploring nature. Been to the sea side

The whole experience was awful limited facilities. Not clean to a satisfactory standard. Not value for money would not recommend staying here!!

Quiet and clean

Bed was uncomfortable

It was absolutely fine for what we needed. We were only there for three nights and just used it for sleeping. We were out every day from mid-morning.

Kids bedroom was more spacious than expected. The amenities were good on the park so kids were entertained

I don't like leaving bad reviews but i felt this necessary. Mould on walls in rooms, dirty cutlery and plates that are chipped, boiling water with zero warning so our kids get scolded, mattresses and duvet the most uncomfortable I have ever slept with, shower door doesn't close or open properly, the mop in the property was filthy! Everything in the property is the cheapest version of everything, meaning most is poor quality and uncomfortable or itchy. I don't know whether it was cleaned before we arrived, but it was definitely left cleaner by us when we left - early! The parkdean resort prices are astronomical! £6.50 for a drink! Our lunch bill came to £80 for bland food. The local shop charges double that anywhere else would.
