Views were great

The host had zero time for us upon arrival at the "meeting point", which was the side of the road - We had to wait for over a hour for Lisa to show up at the meeting point. No where in the property description does it say you will have to go up 100+ stairs to get to the rental. The host ran up the 100+ stairs to the apartment only to rush through the apartment quickly showing my daughter in-law how to turn on the lights and then asked her if everything was okay and we needed to hurry because she had to get back to work! I was still at the bottom of the stairs trying to carry up my luggage with the rest of my family! Upon check out I got a Whats app message from Chiara claiming that we damaged the property and that we were going to have to pay them for the damage. Along with this message 3 random photos were sent of the damages. These photos weren't even the property we stayed at. I immediately responded back to Chiara stating that this was not our property nor did we damage the property we stayed at also stating that we had video and pictures to prove it. No response. I then sent a message to Lisa, whom I had been messaging during our stay for her to respond back that it was a misunderstanding and that she had taken care of it. To me this screams SCAM, and wondered how many people they have done this to in the past and have paid them for these so called damages. Lastly, we had zero internet service during our entire stay at the property and was told by Lisa that it was a phone line issue in the area and she didn't know when it was going to be fix. I missed out on a days pay because I couldn't log in to work. Booking.com needs to look into this rental company and address this scam issue!

Location was good

The property was LACKING in everyday essentials- toilet paper, paper towel, salt, trash cans in the bathroom, shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. VERY disappointed, especially considering the price point.
