Beautiful property in a nice location

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and it is directly under a flight path. The caretaker was unprofessional, poorly dressed and could not speak English or Arabic so communication was impossible. He was nice but made me feel quite uncomfortable

Pros: * Once we shared our concerns and feedback with the owner, we agreed to cancel the booking for the second day with a full refund and security deposit refund. * The appartment was clean in general * Direct access to the swiming pool from the building, the beach is right next to location

Cons: * Very poor customer service — communication was extremely difficult as the host representative could barely speak English, and it was hard to get basic information from the beginning. * Cleanliness issues — the balcony and windows are dusty. * Missing essentials — no shower gel was provided. * Awkward layout — the shower light shines directly onto the person sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable if more than one person is staying. * Shower design issue — the showerhead cannot be adjusted, so it is impossible to shower without getting your head/hair wet. * Lamps wrapped in plastic — this feels unsafe and unprofessional. * Very uncomfortable bed — it is difficult to sleep properly. * Blanket provided without a sheet/cover. * Significantly overprised

Les extérieurs et l’appartement sont très beaux. Le nécessaire est présent dans l’appartement.

- la douche : n’évacue pas bien et n’a qu’un pommeau au plafond qui arrose toute la salle de bains. Pas de douchette ce qui n’est pas pratique si on ne veut pas se mouiller les cheveux. - les avions qui passent du matin au soir à basse altitude. On est dans l’axe des pistes. Ça peut être gênant si vous cherchez le calme et la tranquillité. - les coussins de terrasse n’étaient pas mis. Il faut tout sortir des housses. Fastidieux si vous n’êtes pas tout jeune. - certains meubles et les TV sont encore avec leur blisters. Les étiquettes pendent encore de certains meubles… ça ne donne pas envie d’utiliser les appareils. - le wifi n’est pas top. Beaucoup d’applications ne fonctionnent pas avec alors qu’elles fonctionnent sans soucis dans d’autres hôtels.
