Esperienza pessima e inaccettabile. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni (io e un amico) e per 3 notti abbiamo dormito al freddo perché il riscaldamento non funzionava. Inoltre mi sono fatto una doccia completamente fredda perché l’acqua calda non funzionava. Il cosiddetto “gestore” (che ha specificato di non essere il proprietario) è arrivato con un tecnico, hanno guardato i termostati per pochi minuti e se ne sono andati dicendo: “Prova stanotte e fammi sapere”. Risultato: nessuna soluzione, nessuna assistenza concreta e problema mai risolto. Nonostante tutto: • nessun rimborso (Da parte loro) • nessuna soluzione alternativa • nessuna disponibilità a venirci incontro E sottolineo che avevamo anche pagato una notte in più per evitare problemi di check-out, ma non ci è stato riconosciuto nulla, nemmeno un rimborso parziale. La pulizia era semplicemente vergognosa: • casa sporca • barattoli del sale arrugginiti • divano bucato • soffitto con numerosi punti di umidità sia in salone che in bagno • nel bagno il doccino (che dovrebbe essere nero) era completamente bianco, pieno di residui e pezzi di muro/intonaco che cadevano dall’alto, segno evidente di mancata manutenzione La struttura NON rispecchia minimamente le foto su Booking, che risultano fuorvianti rispetto alla realtà. A rendere tutto ancora più grave c’è una cosa: io in questo B&B ci ero già stato due anni fa, e non era assolutamente in queste condizioni. Oggi invece ho trovato una struttura che sembra lasciata andare, con la sensazione concreta che stia cadendo a pezzi e venga tenuta su solo “alla buona”. Allego foto di tutto (pulizia, condizioni del bagno, umidità, ruggine, degrado e risposta del gestore e devono dire grazie che si possono inserire massimo 4 foto) perché è giusto che chi prenota sappia cosa può trovare.

The apartment is well furnished, in modern style with floor heating. A large balcony with side seaview is great, you can watch the sea and the beach. Nice pizzeria 100m from the aparment, directly in the beach. Perfect contact before and during the stay with Pietro, who manages it. Clear (also video) instructions how to get to the aparment. We had some electricity problem in the flat, but Pietro was extremely helpful, quickly responsive.

The bed in the sleeping room was very comfortable, but the sofa in the dining room was extremely uncomfortable. We had to place the matress on the floor instead of the sofa.

Clean, good view, easy to get in.

The bed in the living room was terrible. It was broken 10 places. The luxury not starts here.

Ottima posizione e casa molto moderna. Ottimi i servizi offerti e sempre pronto nella risposta ad ogni esigenza. Chiare e comode le istruzioni per ingresso/uscita e per il parcheggio interno.

Poca pulizia, anche sul balcone. Peccato poteva essere tutto perfetto

Прекрасные апартаменты с шикарным видом на море. Много места, есть все необходимое. Особенно приятно, что есть отдельное парковочное место.

Posizione strategica per la Fiera del Levante. Struttura nuova e dal design e finiture moderne, ottimo comfort. Non manca nulla (c'è perfino un ferro da stiro con piccola asse). Bellissimo appartamento vista mare. Presenza di box auto chiuso personale nel seminterrato.

L'insonorizzazione tra gli appartamenti non è eccezionale, ma durante le ore notturne il silenzio è rispettato dagli altri condomini.

We really liked the apartment. Everything was just like in the photos. It was clean, beautiful and had new furniture (exept sofa). The sea view was gorgeous! Close to bus station, to the markets and bakery. Ap. is very good for 2 persons not for 3 because the sofa is not good to sleep on it...it is very used and not comfortable at all to sleep on it. We initially read good and decent reviews, but before our flight, we read a lot of bad ones about the room not being cleaned, the mattress being uncomfortable, and bedbugs...all of which were nonexistent. We breathed a sigh of relief after checking everything out. :). We also brought dishwasher tablets and trash bags. We had the dishwasher tablets, but it's a good thing we brought the bags. Trash needs to be sorted, but how can you sort it if you only have one bag? That why in order to do not be fineв take them with you. The refrigerator worked, there was an oven, and cooking utensils. The cooking pots were good, and we used them to cook some food. We couldn't fry anything because the frying pans were unusable, very scratched and old. There are no towels in the kitchen, there was a running out roll of paper towels which was very thin, in one layer, and quickly ran out. Also there weren't any microfiber to dry the table after eating there. There are hair dryer and body and hair washer 2 in 1, but was just 1 little bottle for 1 person for 5 days! It is not enough if you don't have your own from home. Also toilet paper, цфы огые 3 (1 per person per 5 days), not enough and we buy more. So in general it is good apartment but need to improve some things.

I didn't like the rule of check in and that we pay first all the amount (100%) and that is non non-refundable during the booking. We booked and than when needed to receive the instruction of how to check in, 3-4 days before we were asked to send them on WhatsApp up selfie with passport even we register passports of all the guest on the agency page. That was unacceptable for us because is against the rule and against the legislation and dangerous. But we solve it by videocall and administrator saw us on video. Was unpleasant and stressful that moments. So will be good to improve some details in the apartments and change the ways of proving identity.
