The location is great if you want to be near the beach. The view is really nice. I also recommend the beach restaurant at night. The food is delicious!

- Dirty dishes in the cabinets from previous guests. - Not enough plates for a 6-day stay - The baby cot was not set up. The staff opened the couch instead. Luckily the problem was solved pretty quickly. - The shower is not easy to used. The water was too hot.

50 m to the paid beach and the best pizza in the Bari - ZePepe ( since 1952), really delicious. A pizzacake like you've never tasted before.

It could be cleaner. A washing machine would be useful - this is a problem for a stay of 14 days No air conditioning - there really isn't any! Broken and bent bed (sofa) for which you have to pay extra A nuisance neighbor

Sun, in apartment nothing.

Apartment was not clean, windows were dirty, on the patio there were dead plants. We had problem to find the proper gate to building number 60 because of poor instruction of the assistent. We had power cut, and the assistant didnt want to talk with us, only contact via sms by whats up. First assistant didnt want to be involved telling us it must be general problem, then she/he was accusing us of using too many items to prepare breakfast. Then finaly gave us poor instructions where to find main fusses. But there were ok, and we still hadn't electricity. Then after almost an hour we were informed that owner have two apartments so we needed to check another box with main fusses, those were outside the building on the outside wall. Finaly after two hours we had electricity but we lost opportunity to go for a trip that day. We ask also to check out one hour or two hours later than at 10.00 am. We were informed that it is immposible because the cleaners are coming at 10.00 am. On the last day it turns out the cleaners didnt turn up till 10.30 am. So then we were informed that the assistant dont know at what time the cleaners are coming and have no influance on job organisation of cleaners. Although the assistant didnt want to talk with us and communicate only via sms by whats up we found her/him very argumental and not polite. So we suggest to avoid this pleace also because it is very noisy place, there are at least three building works going on in the area. Below the patio there are rubish containers which are giving of not a very nice smell while you are sitting on the patio. There was no broom to clean the apartment during our stay. What are the utilities without a bread knife.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartament in front of very nice beach. With beautiful sea view!

A long way to the old city

It’s a great location, nice ocean view that can be seen from the bedroom or living room. Close to the train and bus stops. Close to many restaurants that stay open late. Right in front of the beach. I felt very safe and secure as a solo traveler. The building is very secure as well as the condo.

As mentioned in previous comments the floor needs to be swept and mopped, there are a lot of mosquitoes within the condo, the air conditioner wasn’t working. Dirty Floor: After my very first shower there i stepped on the bare floor and my feet were dirty and filled with debris and I had to go back in. Mosquitoes: There are many mosquitoes in the condo, I think it’s because the windows were left open in the kitchen and the bathroom. I contacted the management about this and they did not reply. Air Conditioning: The listing says that there is air conditioning and I also requested it in the requests after reading the reviews. I had good faith that the management may had fixed the issue by now but they did not. I contacted the management as soon as I got there and they told me to trouble shoot, it still didn’t work. They said give it a couple hours and I did and sit was still at 24 and management mentioned it was cool outside. It doesn’t matter if you think it’s a nice temperature, I as a a GUEST was very uncomfortable with the temperature and everyone is different. The next day it was very hot during the day and getting hotter in the condo so I reached out again and the management didn’t reply at all. Conclusion: I did read the reviews about the ongoing issues but I would have thought that If a condo is getting multiple bad reviews that the issue would be fixed vs being combative with the reviewer. If I also read the responses from the management I would not have stayed there. The lack of customer service, hospitality, and accountability is disturbing to say the least. My nights there were very hot, I woke up very sweaty, my pajamas soaked, mosquitoes biting me all night, constantly buzzing in my ear, and even biting me in the shower. I probably would have been better off sleeping on the patio.

Location was right in front of the beach with a great view. Train and metro a bit further, but bus stops nearby to go to the center. Free/public beach and paid/beach bar in front. Lidl 10 min walk. Windows can be closed to keep the rooms dark at night.

Airco didnt drop temperature below 25, whole night while was installed to 20 but stay at the same temperature (25/26), owner promissed to check it. Smart sound/lights system is installed but left no explanation of how to use it, maybe that would be helpful for owner and guests.
