"Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location."

The apartment is a nice, clean unit exactly as described. The owner/manager Janefer is a pleasure to work with as her instructions and messages were always clear and prompt.

The building is undergoing major renovations and there was often some construction noise.

The property was very pleasant it's for located in the Philippines. I went to IKEA to purchase towels and other items to use during my stay.

There are dogs barking at least five howling at 1:00 a.m. at 5:00 a.m. at 6:00 a.m. at 9:00 a.m. at 10:00 p.m. at 11:00 p.m. at 1:00 a.m. at 4:00 a.m. I really didn't get a good night's sleep. I'm thankfully it wasn't an emergency because there are bicycles packed outside the stairwell.
