The operators "Toodle" never answered any messages nor phone calls or emails. I do not recommend this stay for business travellers as you cannot get a response and you cannot get a tax receipt or invoice.

Brilliant Location

We didn't know this was privately owned and we couldn't check in or have any dealings with the actual hotel staff. We had to walk over and back across the city 3 times to get the key to check in. Once we checked out, the hotel would not keep our suitcases as we were not staying directly with the hotel - our international flight was 10hrs after check out and we had to carry them around all day!. The most uncomfortable pillows - terrible sleep! View of a multi-storey carpark- not a city view! Lots of dust, worn threadbare carpet.
