It was very Quiet and comfortable

We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood, and that it was new. We also loved the way it was arranged, furnished and decorated, with a couple of Christmas figures in keeping with the Holiday vibe. The basket of towels and toiletries was a cute, special touch, along with the welcoming notes. It was also good that the contact person for the property (Jackie?) was easy to get hold of and very accommodating when we had a bit of confusion over the key box. The kitchen had everything one would need for a short stay, although a bread toaster would be a nice addition for those who like quick DIY breakfasts.😊

The brownout after midnight during the first night of our stay kept me awake, as I worried I would run our of air should the brownout last long and the residual coolness left by the aircon earlier would get warm. I am vaso vagal — I faint in airless spaces, of if it becomes too hot or too cold. I think a rechargeable emergency bedroom fan would be a big help in this situation.

This place is an excellent choice for accommodation, located in Upper East - Megaworld, Bacolod, offering convenient access to supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry facilities within walking distance. The room exceeded our expectations. The owner maintained excellent communication through the website. The attention to detail in the room, from lighting to curtains, towels, and utensils, was truly commendable. Everything was meticulously prepared, including a comfortable bed, spacious cabinet, and a thoughtful selection of bath essentials such as towels, body soap, and conditioning shampoo. The shower experience was exceptional, with a strong stream and spotless cleanliness. Additionally, the room is equipped with a spacious smart TV, an oven, and an abundance of extra bedding and various other essential items that cater to various guest needs. These thoughtful additions ensure that your stay is not only comfortable but also convenient. Whether you're looking to unwind with entertainment or prepare a meal, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. In addition to the thoughtful amenities provided, they also offer a convenient in-room pantry stocked with a variety of items, including chips, bottled water, wine, and canned soda. This self-service feature eliminates the need to contact reception, as payment can be easily made in cash through their secure cash box or via Gcash using the QR code conveniently placed on top. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the room felt both safe and impeccably clean. It's worth noting that the entire building is new, further enhancing the experience.
