"Comfortable"

Its in a subdiv so relatively safe and quiet area

We had to park the car outside but i guess its ok coz it was a dead end

"Is good place but is not convenient for some."

Is family place and have own netflix to watch that is a plus

Transportation is not convenient too far away from groceries and mall.Also the kitchen also have splattered red stain we thought is human bloods. But we found out is splattered tuba from previous occupants.

"Nice stay - but almost no wifi"

The house has almost everything you need for a family-stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 CRs with shower. Livingroom and kitchen. There is also a terrace to sit outside.

The building is much too far from Catarman centre, if you do not have motorbike or car. The internet is poor, not to say it seems not to exist. I was not able to use the wifi without interruptions any second or even use the wifi based television. There is Netflix, but it is slow and blurred. If you travel with kids and there is no playground, wifi is important. So that was very poor and should be fixed.

"Exceptional"

The place is really nice, clean, quiet and peaceful. The beds are so comfy,. The owner is very accommodating as well as the staff. Very snooth communication and we felt really taken cared of during our stay I highly recommend this for families looking for a place to stay in Catarman. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

no water heater. but it's ok since the weather was warm during our visit.
