"Lovely but the prices were a sting in the tail."

Great location, lovey staff, great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic safari.

Prices way too high for drinks - more like UK prices and airport pick up 30 US for a 25 min drive. Irregular pricing for trips. Same price to stay for one person as for two. Espresso and cappuccino extra until we complained then they kindly let us have them included.

Great location. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great hot shower. Fabulous one day jungle safari great knowledgable guide.

Prices were not always regular. Same price for a single person as two people in a room.

The environment was good. The staff was pretty okay.

They charged me extra VAT (Tax) on the booking amount however when I booked the price was inclusive of tax and other charges. Didn't get any shuttle service. Also they didn't provide me the tax invoice.

"Excellent Resort With Widlife View"

Excellent Resort on Banks of Rapti River and it was amazing to see Rhino and Crocodiles right from the Resort Gazebo .It was a excellent stay over all .Resort need to be more proactive in responding to tourist queries which I faced with JVR .Being 1st visit one would like to know about many things for which their response was very poor and also they had 1 line answer .When u visit the Resort the manager will brief you .Food also was a issue but the main chef did try and ensured and asked our feedback and even corrected snd added some items as per our request which is appreciable . Overall a good stay 😌
