Modern 3-bed Garden Apartment in Waterfall

Host was very friendly and always reliable for communication

The city had low pressure water but was resolved before it gets out of hand

Easy access to property, good facilities and close to Mall of Africa. Property is well kept and clean. Very good WiFi speeds for the kids 😊 and even has a UPS backup during load shedding with load shedding lights in the house as well, nice touch!

The pool area was a bit smaller than expected but still adequate enough.

The landlord was very helpful and engaging.

The Pool was good and the safety was good

We were asked to check in at 3p.m. When we arrived the place was still being cleaned. We only checked in at 5 p.m. We did contact the hostess but she was very unapproachable. When we contacted her to say the place is still being cleaned she said it will be ready by 4 which did not happen. The place was full of tiny cockroaches. We did stay at another apartment at the same location before the hostess met us at the place when we arrived. She sent us codes daily for us to enter and leave. This time we had to keep contacting the Host for codes. She was very quick to send a message to say check out is at 10 am. we left by 8 am.

I loved everything about the place from the smooth check in, there were no hassles. The host made sure we are happy and kept on checking on us.

The place is beautiful,was quiet and very peaceful ,very clean and safe too

There were some broken furniture such as the cupboard, glasses and cups were not enough but overall it was a good stay.
