"Over priced underperforming apartment at £180 per night we had expected something much better."

location great

POOR facilities in kitchen NO HOT WATER , 1 power socket TO USE COFFEE&TOAST& KETTLE( broken later replaced) so impossible to use hob and make a hot drink as lead stretched across hob . No bread knife no cutting board no oven dishes and a very small pasta pot , too small. The supplied Hair dryer could only be used in kitchen using same socket as above . Ritter services did supply an adapter plug later. . No WIFI UNTIL MONDAY Ritter came over to help . They did suggest calling a plumber for hot water we declined as we had already lost a morning to sort out WIFI etc . Photographic information is a compilation of several apartments we had no sofa no armchairs no pictures very stark bare walls not welcoming. Not as described . We had planned to go to the market and cook our own food this was not possible .This does not compare to other apartments we have stayed in abroad. N.B.Your thoughts on the above we did not get what we paid for !
