Luxury new apartment - Heart of Copenhagen

Great location, 2minutes from Kogens Nytorv. Modern design. Spacious with a modern kitchen.

The apt should be properly cleaned after each guest. There is nothing worse than stepping on previous guest's nail clippings and other things that showed up during the stay. The bedding should be ironed. With the issue of how clean things were I was kind of in doubt when looking at wrinkled bedsheets if they were even replaced or just the bed made up from the previous guest. There were also other people's hair leftovers visible in the bed. There is not enough lighting in the living room. I understand its a design feature but still there should be some lights that can properly illuminate the apt. Water pressure in the shower was very low

It is easy to get to the location. The apartment is cozy and relaxing. Kitchen well equipped.

The heating system does not work properly and the temperature inside is quite low, especially during the night in the bedroom. You lay in bed with the head towards the window and the coldness can be easily felt. Also, the furniture was pretty dusty, you could see it on the stove, on the floor and the sides of the big dinning table (which had a quite big layer of dust). The hot water pressure of the bathroom sink is extremly low, although the shower is great. During the last morning, while washing my hands at the sink, the water burst down and the pipe might have broken somehow. The water was pouring on the floor pretty badly.

Location is ideal for access to tourist sites, shopping and Metro station. 7 minute walk to Nyhavn, 2 minutes to Christiansborg Palace, 3 minutes to Metro.

The bathroom is small, although nicely done with a good shower.

The location of this apartment was great, it is very close to the metro station and to the center of the city. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

When you pay more than two hundred per night you would expect your central heating system is on, right? We spent 2 hours at 13C because the owner tried to cut corners and shut off the heating of the entire place! Also, the light inside the bedroom and the living room was ridiculously dim. The oven was not cleaned.

The location was great as you can walk everywhere in Copenhagen. Caroline communicated really well. The heating was just right. The coffee pods appreciated :)

Water pressure was quite low. Needed brighter lighting option in the living area. Coffee cups with handles needed.

It was in a great location and very well decorated. Would stay here again.

Great hosts and fantastic location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
