Great location and lovely old building with history. Very roomy, excellent kitchen and good size comfortable bed. Supporting the charity.

Shower fittings broken (although it worked fine). Noise from street - appreciate that sound proofing windows may not be possible.

A beautiful, clean apartment with clear entry instructions. Such a great spot in Bath. Really helpful and kind staff when we requested linens for the sofa bed.

Trying to get it on first visit

The place was very secure and in an ideal location. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets and blanket, and except for the oven, everything was very clean. I was sold on this accommodation when I saw the photos. The furnishings looked so well thought out and charming. Water pressure in the shower was very good and what looked like a small space was actually comfortable. The heated floor in the bath was a very nice detail. My 1st photo shows how close we were to the center of town.

Everything that looked charming in the photos had been stripped out of the apartment. The chair with the sheep skin throw was missing, as was the large basket with extra toss pillows. Two of the 3 vases with foliage were missing and the remaining vase was empty. The king sized bed was too large for the space and blocked part of the entry to the bathroom. There was no closet , but a rack that only held a few hangers was shoved into the corner near the bathroom, making entry into the bathroom even more difficult. On the morning of arrival the key code did not work, but I had been sent a different code the night before that did work.

A fantastic location right in the heart of Bath city, yet it was down a quiet street so very little noise which was perfect.

There was a dehumidifier in the bedroom that although probably necessary was a little noisy.

The location was central and good. However each night there was a lot of background, drunken noise from nearby streets.

Noisey - late at night. Poor, leaking, small, old coffee maker. Door on fridge failed to close easily. Fridge dirty on arrival at back. Wooden worktop stained and in need of staining/varnishing/oiling. Bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. Quilt was poor quality (not feather or down), too heavy/hot. Disappointing.

Location is great, tucked away but great access to the city. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Noise at night from the street was fairly loud and it was hot so we had the windows open but quickly closed them! Access to drop/pick up bags was a bit compromised but a trade off for the location.

Cute little one bed apartments, well equipped. Right in the centre of all the shops/restaurants/places of interest but very quiet (apart from the seagulls!). Luggage storage for after checkout.

Tip-A bit of road noise from late night revellers. Ask for an apartment with bedroom not on road side.
