Location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. Exactly as photos in the listing.

My second time here and it was just perfect. Position is amazing. We loved being able to cook, and then wandering to a pub for a drink.

Second visit to property excellent location .

Issues with spring to access the main entrance at night were unable to speak to someone to issue us with a code .

My apartment was quite beautiful, modern and relaxing. Bed was super comfy and the draw-down blind totally light tight. Spotlessly clean throughout. I didn't use the kitchen that much but it was well equipped. Location was fantastic! A few minutes to the Komedia where I went for a concert.

1. Had a minor problem working the keypad to the front door on arrival. Instructions said to hold your hand over it to light up but it didn't. Had to phone. They were very helpful and someone came around within minutes. It transpired you had to PRESS the keypad down - another guest seemed to have a similar problem as I was leaving and I had to show them. I think they've up-dated the instruction since. 2. The lounge area was very comfortable but it would have been nice to have had a softer floor or table top light instead of the bright ceiling LEDs. 3. Would have been helpful if they gave the code for the luggage storage facility instead of me having to phone again to ask for it. Maybe this was a security issue. All these points are just nit-picking! Had a delightful stay and will book again if I return to Bath.
