False advertisement. Advertise as 2 bedroom. But only have 1 bedroom. No apologize given. Unethical marketing.

I like the location, instructions to check in and the interior design. Also, the agent attended to my queries promptly.

I feel like I have been cheated as the information provided by booking.com was misleading. It mentioned two-bedroom apartment i.e., bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and a living room in their description However, the reality was the apartment only has 1 bedroom and 1 living room. I was quite upset as i was only made aware of this a day before my travel and was told that this was due to booking.com setting issue - totally not acceptable. The lifts were not able to meet the demand during peak season and there were several instances where we waited for at least 30mins to get ourselves to the carpark and facilities floors. It was really an unpleasant experience 😟

Location

The waiting time for a lift, especially when check in and check out. The car park design is very confusing, which can easily lead to accident

The cosiness. The bed. The location. The facilities. The security.

Have to wait for the lift to come longer than usual. Sometimes when the lift come, still full of people, so have to wait a bit more. Probably because it was the weekend, many people also book homestay there too.

Bersih.. Serba lengkap.. host sangat2 baik .. we will come again
