For an overnight stay before a morning flight, it is a great location.

It was a warm day in Madrid and the air conditioning was unable to cool the apartment. The apartment is minimally supplied with utensils, bowls, and pans. The apartment has not been updated and can use some general maintenance. Air vents are taped to the walls and lights are hanging from the ceiling.

I've booked it at about 21:30 and then tried to call them for 8 times.They didn't answer.In chat they told me they are there and suddenly at 23 they said they are not there anymore and all day long waiting is finish after one and half hours and they will report me and chats will be attached!!!!! I've lost 113 Euro in 2 hours because of this.i feel robbed .and then they didn't answer anymore.now I'm on the streets looking for another place who doesn't lie.at 24 they told booking.com that I didn't show up.they deleted the chat .I will report them .I highly recommend not to go here.booking.com should delete this property from this website

The reception was so nice we talked to her by phone but she support us to change the appartment

It was available for a great price when I needed it.

I didn’t have running water for an entire day and when the staff offered to move us it was 11:00 at night despite being notified at 3:00 the water situation.

Well located

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. It had only a few glasses, cups and plates. And for making some coffee,it had a nespresso or something like that but no capsules so it was 100 useless. Bed and sheets were clean but the bedspread wasn’t.

Nothing

The accommodation instructions were horrible, almost 2 hours to get inside the apartment from 21:55 to almost midnight…with two kids and luggage, this should be blocked by booking and not posted. Interior not like in pictures…Booking should refund us for this experience.
