Was not easy to find as the hotel name is Royal hotel as written on the building and no sign of Fab Hotel I was accommodated for a very early check in which I was thankful for but the room was quite dirty (room #305). I was then shifted to another room #405. It was also dirty, windows of room and bathroom were full of dust , beddings didn't look washed enough, room was smelly.. Won't be booking again at all.
