Cozy two bedroom apartment in San Blas Golf del Sur Tenerife

Clean, spacious, and modern. Very comfortable beds. Located very close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Parking space just outside entrance

There was a lack of usual expected equipment: oven; grill; toaster (was told it got broken, but no replacement supplied); plug for kitchen sink; washing up bowl; broom;; instructions for appliances (induction hob was locked, so had to Google how to release it); only 1 small tea towel supplied; TV available but no channel reception only utube; no sunshade for outside seating; no mid stay sheet exchange/cleaning. There was no evidence that place had been checked thoroughly prior to our arrival, as we found a frying pan in the cupboard with fat still in it and a gritty residue on the worktop (presumably sugar). It was a shame as this apartment should have warranted a 5 star reveiw! The access stairs are definitely unsuitable for anyone infirm, as they are very shallow and steep with no handrail.

Nice fresh apartment on 1st floor in commercial center in very heart of San Blass. Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms apartment with shared sun terrace on 2nd floor. Spacious bathroom and sitting room. AC in every room and fully equipped kitchen makes it very attractive. Public parking is right near the entrance. Restaurants and and shops are in the same building but it is quiet and comfortable place with everything you need for short or longterm stay. You can reach Los Abrigos port with all of its fish restaurants in 20 minutes easy walking. Thank you for free early checkin.

Planes landing and departing every 20 minutes and you can hear them especially in the morning. I would suggest to install thick night curtains for better sleep but is is not mandatory. I recommend this place

Breakfast not applicable, but the location was perfect with many excellent restaurants & bars & the apartment is located above a well stocked supermarket.

Everything was perfect for us, but people with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs from the very secure main entrance to the level where the apartment is located.
