A very quiet location, away from the tourist crowds and the party scene. A very comfortable place, and a great host. Everything is very clean, and you can prepare your own breakfast. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is an excellent choice.

This hotel is perfect location,, has clean specious rooms with big balcony , Nan was always available and ready to help at any questions ,,, Very delicious breakfast ( included) and any food I ordered was amaizing I had really wonderful stay there for 10 days , canoeing, plot , pool ,,,, very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere Thanks a lot to Nan who make my vacation soooo special

A clean room with a small balcony facing unused land, so it was quite a nice view. The hosts provide kitchen usage on the 1st floor where you can use eggs to make yourself something to eat. There was a small ant problem, but the host promptly took care of it. The stairs are quite steep, so it may be problematic for elderly and children. The room could use some bedside table and the balcony is scary as there is a ladder going on the side without railing separating it from the balcony.

Everything was perfect except for the bed being hard but I find this to be the case in SE Asia

After check out we left our luggage without any issues and got our deposit back. The bed was comfortable.

When we arrived, the welcome was unpleasant and cold. There were no amenities, and it wasn’t clear whether we could use the kitchen. There wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room. It was also unclear whether the water in the fridge was included in the price. A 500 baht deposit was required. There was a warning in the room that a stain on the bedding would cost 500 baht, but the bedding already had stains. We informed the owner, but he was aware of the stains and didn’t seem surprised at all. The room isn’t very soundproof, but the quiet neighborhood helps. I wouldn’t stay here again — for this price, you can find much better accommodation in Pattaya.

Nice place. Make your own breakfast on the morning. Small swimming pool, but good to get out of the heat. Our family room had 2 large double beds and 2 bathrooms.
