Didn't use breakfast facilities. Location was convenient for what I wanted. Only 400 metres from beach, restaurants and close to transport.

It was one of the best hotels I stayed in Pattaya. It is a very clean hotel. The view from my room was magnificent. Jomtiem beach is just 3 minutes walk away. There are always free snacks, tea and coffee. The hotel owners are very sweet people. They are helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Mosquito many at first floor rooms... shower cream absent but full of hair in floor... dust in the ac ... lack of organization and misundersting

We loved the place so much! The room was clean in every corner. The bed was big and comfy. We had a balcony and a big bathroom, great shower. AC worked perfectly. The room is equipped with water, a mini fridge, towels and a tv. The Host was so welcoming and friendly. She gave the place such a personal home vibe and makes your stay as comfortable ad possible. We were also able to use the very well equipped kitchen anytime we wanted to. Even tho there were other guests it felt like we had the place for ourselves. Very quiet house and area but walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!
