This property Host not agreed that this property a OYO Flagship Hotel and also Collected extra money Rs 600/-,no basic facilities not there. No hot water, no chairs.

Location and room size was okay.

They charged extra 1.5%(270/- INR) extra than the actual tariff mentioned in Booking.com. and they don't have a single wardrobe inside the room.

Property got modified from a hostel to a hotel, bathroom knob was broken so couldn't able to lock the door. There was left out tea & personal belongings in the drawer. Bathroom & pot were heavily deteriorated. Hard cushion & it seemed like lots of people were living beside us like a hostel or mess. Property denied to allocate the room at mentioned price & charged double. I have already informed property that I am running late & will check in around 8pm. Fairly in advance before my visit day, still as it's a last minute & I had companion I couldn't able to make changes.
