Location wasn't as close to the city centre as described in the ad. Trash room, cold central heating goes off at night and it was snowing. Trash dirty sheets. Trash. Small room, could hear next door fart. It's like a prising cell

Location to Jesmond spot on and close to francescas restaurant. Front of house gentleman very friendly

Very basic. No frills. A room to rest your head but no comfort in the pillows. Bri g your own if you want to sleep well.

Great location, less than ten minutes walk from West Jesmond Metro Station. Nice neighbourhood close to Jesmond Dene. Michael, the onsite caretaker/porter is very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants.

The "hotel" is still a work in progress and some items are in need of a little TLC. However there can be no complaints about the value provided.

Great location and easy access - Useful having keypad instead of keys and self check in and out.

Room and reception smelled of stale smoke - particularly in the bathroom. Mould on walls and pretty loud at night.

Good location, close to central Jesmond.

The hotel stank of cigarettes, the bedroom smelled the same. The bathroom smelled bad for the same reason. The shower initially was flooding, although this was remedied. No shampoo provided in hotel. Dusty and not hoovered.
