Not safe—the bedroom door doesn’t have a lock from the inside. The bedroom is located outside, with just a fence next to it, and someone from outside can open it. That’s why we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The bathroom is outside the bedroom. The pillow, blanket, and bedsheet were fluffy. Because of these, we left and booked another hotel, even though it was already dark. The place was also far from tourist spots in DC.
USAround the corner from the police station. Nice neighborhood. The room itself had privacy and its own kitchen and bathroom area.
We had a rental car and the parking out front is for locals with a tag only. You can park up to two hours at a time Monday through Friday 7:00am-8:30pm.
PTThe house was well equiped and nicely decorated, the neighborhood is calm and there's easy access to public transportation. The host was very kind and responsive to all requests
