I come here every year and it never fails to feel like coming home. I’ve truly made friends for life here! There is a unique, magic energy to this guesthouse that brings people together. It is such a warm and wholesome place.. from the cozy common areas to the incredible staff who go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for more than just a bed and want a genuine community experience in the heart of Seoul, this is the spot. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I had a great stay and met some amazing people there. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that the showers were a bit small

My experience at this hostel was horrible! I stayed in an 8-bed shared dormitory, but due to constant noise, lack of hygiene, and poor management, I was almost unable to sleep during my stay. For this reason, I had to check out early and could not stay until my planned date. There were guests constantly shouting and speaking loudly between 01:00–03:00 at night, and despite this, the hostel staff did not intervene in any way. A guest staying in the upper bunk had sex with another person, and due to the bed shaking violently, I woke up around 05:00 in the morning. This was extremely disturbing and highly disrespectful in a shared dormitory environment. Such behavior should not be tolerated under any circumstances. I waited from 5:00 AM until 12:00 PM to speak with the Korean hostel manager. The manager was not present at 12:00 Later, although a Korean friend of mine called the property during the day and explained the issue I experienced, the manager stated that they do not have any policy prohibiting such behavior in the room. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic guest consideration. Contrary to the claims made in the hostel’s response, I was never offered a clear or genuine refund solution. I only asked about the price of a 4-person room on my second day. Their statement suggesting that they offered to refund my remaining stay is misleading and does not reflect the truth. Additionally, the response written by the hostel includes false accusations about my behavior. These statements are completely unfounded. These are too funny really! Of course, after a terrible experience, I'm going to put a review for everyone! Even more concerning, the hostel referred to my nationality and assigned a religious identity to me without any knowledge or consent. This is inappropriate, discriminatory, and a clear violation of personal privacy. I do not accept this under any circumstances! And I reported this situation to the relevant authorities.
