Fajna lokalizacja na wypad do zwiedzania miasta. Blisko kafejki na śniadanie oraz całkiem fajna ristorante w pobliżu. Pokój czy czysty i ratuje podczas upałów dobrze działająca klima.

Muszę przyjechać ponownie by poszukać... :)

Struttura pulita, molto accogliente e spaziosa in uno stupendo palazzo storico.

Piccolo appunto, forse sarebbe meglio utilizzare una tenda nera perché al mattino filtra un po' di luce.

Apartamento grande, muy limpio, lavabo perfecto y camas muy cómodas. Comunicación e instrucciones muy fáciles.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und neu. Riesige Terrasse vor dem Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett und schickes Bad

Es gab leider kein Frühstück, obwohl es ein Bed and Breakfast ist. Aufpreis für Check in nach 18 Uhr obwohl wir gar kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen haben.

I am writing this review after a very disappointing stay at this private apartment, booked via Booking.com. Unfortunately, several significant issues marred my experience: 1.First of all, it is a personal apartment without front desk, it's not a official hotel. 2.Unfair & Unjustified Late Check-In Fee: The host charged me an extra €10 for arriving one hour later than planned. This fee is unreasonable considering the host NEVER appeared onsite at any point during my stay or arrival/departure. The entire process is automated/remote. There was zero inconvenience or extra cost to them for my slightly delayed arrival. 3.Inadequate Cleaning Service: For a 3-night stay, cleaning occurred only once, and it was minimal: bath towels were changed, the bed was roughly made, and the in-room trash bag was simply placed outside the door. The toilet was not been cleaned.Surfaces, bathroom sanitation, vacuuming, emptying bins properly, and providing fresh amenities were neglected. 4.Abysmal & Selective Communication: Contacting the host was incredibly difficult, bordering on impossible: Phone calls went unanswered. Messages sent via the Booking.com platform were consistently ignored during my stay. Disturbingly, I witnessed another guest unable to access their accommodation because the host was not responding to messages. This appears common. The host's selective response pattern is highly concerning: When I messaged in the afternoon requesting a receipt for the initial payment, I received no reply until 11 PM (over 3+ hours later). Conversely, when I inquired how to pay the disputed €10 late fee, the host responded immediately, demanding cash-only payment (presumably to avoid the hassle of coming onsite or a verifiable digital trail). 5.Cash-Only Demand for Fee: Being forced to pay the €10 fee in cash felt like an underhanded tactic purely for the host's convenience, avoiding any documented payment method.
