Free Parking 3 Bedroom House in Nottingham

It was in a good location

Unfortunately it did not look or smell clean throughout There was a distinct lack of furniture. you could not comfortably sit 3 people in the lounge since there was only one small sofa and a small table in the room. The rest of the room was bare. Some of the chairs in the kitchen diner were broken. The flooring was sticking up in places and was dangerous to bare feet. There was no chopping boards in the kitchen and the toilet brush was broken The third bedroom was unusable

The house was a good size

We could only use 2 of the 3 bedrooms as the ground floor bed was broken the curtains were missing. The laminate flooring throughout was water damaged (curled at the edges my 9 year old son hurt his feet walking barefoot)

Spacious and appropriately equipped for a family. The idea of access to the back yard to hang out washing. The laundry was a boon for our nine day stay. A space to get the car off the road.

The garbage and mess at the front of the property spoilt the pleasure of our stay. The overgrown bush near the front door made it difficult to access the property without getting wet.

The property was lovely. The bedrooms was very nice and comfortable to sleep in. Very spacious rooms and communal rooms (lounge and kitchen) for our group of 6. The house is not far from town so was easy to get to the city centre and shops.

Nice location set out very nice decor good, space lovely,lots of crockery and cooking equipment. Not far from town centre. Would stay again.

Only 1 car space it sleeps upto 8 people which usually requires more than 1 car space. As it’s permit holders would have been nice to have that extra car space. Also the bed we had wasn’t that comfortable it sagged in the middle but everyone else’s was ok.

The place is nicely decorated. Really helpful friendly host. The kitchen space is great for a group as there were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms all nice and beds were very comfortable
