The Coach House and The Stable

Very well appointed room. Everything was available and nicely self-contained. Enormous TV. Comfortable bed. Nice furnishings and decor.

Instructions on where to park and from where to collect the keys could've been made more explicit.

I liked the decor. Pub close by. Overall ,good location. Friendly staff. Kitchen well equipped ( if you staying one or two nights). Big screen tv with Sky 🙂

I will try to be as honest as I can be. The accommodation was/is functional, it serves its purpose. However, ive got a few reservations. From the pictures, I had a an impression that the outside area is more secure, more secluded-no! There is no any security and it's near the main, busy road. The chairs outside are dirty. There is no window, only main glass door, which in my opinion it's not very convenient especially in a hot weather. You will need to sleep with the door open to avoid suffocating which is not very safe. My dog went under the bed and came out white ( she is black) lol. She was covered in white dusty stuff all over. Floor, curtains not as clean as they should be ( in my opinion).

Bed 🛌 in bedroom (left at top of stairs) needs a more comfortable mattress!

Perfect location being next to a friendly pub serving fantastic food and wine that also does breakfast. The bed was superbly comfortable. Huge TV screen with all the streaming services. The accommodation was a conversion of an old barn or somesuch, but done very tastefully inside and out. Free parking was appreciated.

Sofa was a tad on the small side when settling down to watch something on the huge screen, but that's a minor quibble, given the size of the studio.

Great location for our purposes - we will be back next year! Convenient to have the Old Fleece pub next door for meals (English breakfast with locally sourced ingredients was superb), though we did cook for ourselves on the evening. Our host was easily contactable, responsive and welcoming. The Coach House has spacious bedrooms with king and superking comfortable beds and large tv screens in each room. Overall - clean, well equipped, great ensuites, lovely stone walls and beamed vaulted ceilings. We loved it.

Only a minimal niggle - the kitchen cupboard doors were a bit loose and need rehanging.
