La Arena VII

Everything was perfect. Damian was very helpful, he even ordered a taxi for us. We received a bottle of wine and a bottle of water as courtesy. Apartment is close to the airport and close to the beach. Quiet street. Very nice and big apartment with 2 bedrooms, we were comfortable!

No party places, discos within walking distance. It is more for retired people playing golf.

Clean, comfortable apartment with two balconies and views of the city and ocean. Public parking is free, there was always a space available. It's quiet at night. A beautiful town with a boardwalk along the ocean for walking. Convenient key transfer, the owner is always in touch.

There was not enough lighting in the bathroom near the mirror.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen - except no plug for the kitchen sink so difficult to wash up!!

The amount of stairs up to the apartment!! I am 71 years old and I struggled with the stairs as I have problems with a hip and one of my knees too. If we had known about all these stairs we wouldn’t have chosen this apartment, comfortable as it was. Also as well as no plug for the kitchen sink there was also no plug for the bathroom basin - strange. Plenty of lovely, plush bathroom towels/bathroom but only 1 hand towel in the bathroom another would have been nice.

Big apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. There are many free parking places around. Nice view to Teide and also to the ocean. Good deal for the price we paid. We had a great stay!

There is no elevator and could be tricky to move the luggage or a sleeping baby upstairs.

View for the ocean from the window. Very spacious apartment with a great terrace which can accommodate the whole family. Free parking is near the building allows you almost always find the parking place. Very quiet neighborhood. And situated very closely to the airport. Owner is very responsive and pleasant to speak to.

Stairs in the entrance are pretty steep. That's not really a problem, but a thing for consideration if you for example travel with a small baby and carrying a child trolley

Very clean, super location (first line), nice view, 2 balconies. Very nice colour in the kitchen. Clean and fresh bedroom sheets and towels

Maybe for some elder people it will be an issue - 3rd floor and no elevator, but was ok for me

It was so new, fresh and clean! I’m really impressed with the standard, the place was spotless! Well-equipped kitchen. A bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for me in the fridge :) Great location - 10 min drive from the airport and so close to the seafront. There were two balconies - the front one was very large and perfect for enjoying morning sun during breakfast. The other one in the bedroom was overlooking the - so lovely.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.
