Ryan's house

Perfect location, only a short walk from the beach. House had everything we needed in terms of facilities, supplies and general kitchenware. Ryan was very hospitable and welcoming. Also, recommended few nice places to visit and was very responsive to the questions we had.

Ryans House exceeded all our expectations. Everything looks even better in person than on the website, which is something we truly appreciated, because usually it’s the opposite: the pictures online look amazing, and then you experience disappointment in reality. Here, it was the other way around — everything was very pleasant and comfortable. This is exactly the kind of cozy seaside house we would love to have for our family one day — but for now, it’s just a dream, haha. The host greeted us personally. We arrived a bit later due to delays at the border, but he was very friendly at check-in, showed us the accommodation and handed us the keys. They even left some refreshments in the fridge as a welcome gesture, which was really thoughtful. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and has everything you need in the kitchen. We were 6 people in total (4 adults and 2 children), and there was plenty of space for everyone. In the yard, our kids absolutely enjoyed the large swing, and we also used the BBQ area and the big outdoor table — ideal for a family meal. The walk to the beach is flat, no hills, so the distance of around 800m doesn’t feel long at all if you’re just carrying a beach bag and towels. At the beach, there’s a small shop and a restaurant. The village is small, but has everything you need. You can even easily stay without a car, because the shop is well-stocked. Prices are slightly higher, but if you consider fuel costs to drive to a bigger supermarket, it probably evens out. We also appreciated the accessible entrance into the sea, suitable for people with disabilities — a wonderful detail if someone needs it. There’s also a gyros place nearby, which was a nice bonus! On the day of our departure, the hosts came personally to say goodbye. They are very friendly, warm and sociable people, and we felt genuinely welcome. We would definitely come back again — hopefully our company approves our vacation days for next year so we can reserve in time! :)

We can’t think of anything negative. Our family really enjoyed it here :) Nothing to complain about - everything worked well for us.

Къщата е страхотна. Има всички удобства необходими за лежерна почивка. Собствениците ни посрещнаха много топло. След дълго пътуване в трафика беше истинско удоволствие да се насладим на студената диня и бира. Много сърдечни хора. Ще се върнем.

Трафикът на улицата пред къщата е доста натоварен.

Maria and Ryan were very welcoming...great communication, great hosts. The facilities accommodate a lot of relaxation. Very clean and tidy. I loved the artistic recycled-wood furnishings. Kitchen was well supplied.

No complaints at all. Would rent Ryan's House again.

Very nice place, Ryan and Maria are very nice and supportive! The hours and the yard were really beautiful and clean, Wi-Fi is good, perfect place to relax from the city noise :)
