Cosy house under the Arches in Sorrento Old Town

What a great find, right in the heart of old Sorrento. An easy 10/15 minute walk from the train and bus station and 10 minutes to Marina Piccolo/20 mins from Marina Grande. Perfect for your needs if you want to be in the heart of everything and don't want outdoor space.

Sorrento doesn't appear to sleep so we were aware of the hustle and bustle late on. A fabulous apartment for families with older teenage children, our 13 year old would have liked some outdoor space and the steps up to the double and single beds may be tricky for younger children. Would happily book again.

Perfect location. Action on the door step. Note there are stairs. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Host happy to assist with tour options. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Highly recommended as a place to stay to explore Sorrento. Easy walk from train station.

Absolutely perfect location couldn’t have been better, just off the central street in Sorrento, couldn’t have booked a better location if we tried, so clean and spacious and accommodating to our needs regarding travel times and taking care of our cases etc. possibly the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, really well stocked with anything you could need ie towels spare linen kitchenware and toiletries, and the apartment smelt amazing- so clean and welcoming! accommodation even bigger than it seems in the photos and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Only negative would be occasional external noise through the night, such as the big heavy door shutting to the block of apartments ( but at least I felt safe !) , the bin lorry going through at night, and when the fish stall opposite sets up early morning- he whistles and the sound really carries! due to it being a small street with tall buildings I feel this would definitely be the same in most of sorrento, but fortunately the accommodation is higher up not at street level. I did use ear plugs which helped entirely, worth noting I am a very light sleeper abroad so may have been over sensitive to external sounds

Great location in a laneway close to everything in the heart of old town Sorrento. Very comfortable and suits 2 couples perfectly. The port to catch a ferry is just 10 mins walk away. If you drive then the valet parking at extra cost is well worth it.
