La struttura è posizionata nel pieno centro di villa San Giovanni, vicinissima agli imbarchi alla stazione

Stanza ben pulita e molto curata , nel frigo bar avrei inserito qualche bottiglietta d’acqua, anche perché manca un distributore nella struttura.

La posizione è ideale per gli imbarchi, per la stazione ferroviaria e per un buon centro commerciale tutto nelle vicinanze. Disponibili i gestori del bar che si trova di fronte per la colazione La stanza è ben accessoriata.

Posizionato su via di transito molto trafficata e rumorosa. L’impianto di scarico del bagno con pompa di sollevamento, risulta scomoda e poco efficiente rispetto ad uno scarico tradizionale.
