The Garden Cottage, Wenhaston, Suffolk, near coast

Very clean accommodation in a very peaceful quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen and great shower. The garden was totally private with bird feeders and it was a delight watching the different birds feeding during the day 😀 Feri and Steve were very helpful and kind if needed.

My only issue was the TV was a bit outdated not that a holiday is obviously about watching TV but as the nights were drawing in we would of liked a more modern TV with free view play so we could access the hubs to maybe of watched a movie but such a small issue. The mattress we also found was a little soft and so was the sofa but still comfy and every ones tastes obviously differ on firmness.

Hygienically clean, lovely quiet garden and view, comfy temperature and bed, spacious, everything worked perfectly, friendly welcome.

This was a gem of a place to stay - well equipped kitchen, spacious shower room, lovely sitting and sleeping area, and very cute dining room. We loved the skylights, the eco-friendly heating and the thoughtful lighting. Everything was comfortable and easy to use. The bird feeders outside were a really nice touch and we saw greater spotted woodpeckers, chaffinches, blue tits, great tits, dunnocks, jays, magpies and pigeons from the window. The location is lovely - very peaceful, and with Walberswick, Southwold, Dunwich and Minsmere all close by. There is secure cycle storage if you want to make use of all the quiet lanes and get out and about exploring. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who have done a great job of making it possible to have a stress-free trip at short notice. I booked only three days before our visit and put minimal effort into packing, but everything went brilliantly!

Great little all in one place to stay. Giving u a contemporary bathroom with fully functioning kitchen inc full hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Garden setting is peacefull.
