Cosy Retreat with Views of Brighton City and Sea

Central, comfortable bed, smart tv

Can be noisy at the weekends The whole apartment was damp and musky and the smell was unpleasant Bathroom got very wet and smelly. Don’t think the air vent worked They should put some plug in air fresheners in maybe Awful dripping noise from tap in lounge

The flat is in perfect location if you want to be right in the centre of brighton. It is a lovely apartment for 2, lovely and clean. Easy accessible

We didnt like the noise on an evening , motor bikes going up and down at all hours, people talking outside at early hours of the morning, and shouting .

Suited us fine, very central, great views had everything we needed.

Constant running tap, just needs a washer. I didn’t like the tv so high ended up with a broken neck, not that tv is important

The privacy and closeness to town was great.

The outside noise,the apartment needed updating and a thorough deep clean.

Brilliant location with views over Brighton and the sea, very near all the shops and train station but quiet at night and as on 6th floor away from hubbub. Nicely appointed and modern deco, kitchen has everything you'd need plus some staples like tea, coffee, salt & pepper grinder etc. Enough hangers, good pressure on shower with enough hot water to go round. The hosts were very welcoming, thoughtful, proactive, polite, reliable and easy to deal with. Responded super quickly to any queries and sent handy reminders regarding checkout. You really got the feeling they appreciated their guests.

Sofa itself comfy to sit on but once folded for our child to sleep on, there was no space for coffee table so we had to move it in front of the fridge, roll up the rug in order to squeeze by to get to the bathroom/toilet at night. Think this would suit more a couple or single person staying, than a family. Our child did not find the sofa comfortable but it might be fine with young kids.

Very modern, practical and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely Cosy!

Overall great experience

The location was brilliant, close to everything! The flat was decorated lovely and had everything you could need, including teabags, salt and pepper etc. 3 of us staying there and it felt like you had a good amount of space. Overall a really good place, would stay again.

No separate covers for the sofa bed, sofa bed quite hard but comfy enough for a couple nights.

Great location. Good facilities (cooker, kettle, fridge etc)

We didn't like having to take our rubbish away with us.
