Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca, ci hanno fatto la camera 24h dopo il check-in, ci hanno buttato la nostra spesa fatta al supermercato senza nemmeno cercare di rimediare in qualche modo, il customer care non rispondeva alle chiamate ci è stato detto non eravamo capaci a chiamare, inaccettabile!!

In een rustige omgeving, supermarkt op loopafstand. 2 pers Bed was prima. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Stopping center is ook op loopafstand.

Erg gehorig. Het zijn 8 appartementen aan één geschakeld. Badkamer, vooral de douche houd je de deur in je handen. Nodig toe aan renovatie of nieuwe rollertjes voor de deuren. 2de slaapkamer is niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen.

Flat very clean, well equipped ( iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, two air conditioners - very efficient ). Comfortable mattress. Kitchen equipment. Above all very airtight - mosquito nets. No vermin, cockroaches spiders. Very close to buses to and from the airport, to other towns on the island. close to restaurants and other places of interest. Really highly recommended.

Overall, the facility clearly has a management problem. On arrival we found that the key box key sent to us was not working. It was necessary to call the host at 22:20 to give us the correct code. The fridge was not working. Or did it work but not as efficiently as it should have? The freezer was definitely not working. Two weeks without a well cooling fridge and without a working freezer in such heat it is impossible to function (all food spoiled for us). We were set on cooking - that's why we decided on the flat but we lost money on food that spoiled after a few days. For me this is unacceptable. The fridge was new but even the technician couldn't set it up. This fridge had not been working properly for a long time because it simply smelled ( spoiled food ). Possibly a broken model. I have a huge request - REPAIR IT. So informative for facility managers.The water heater is outside behind the flat (rear exit). This is where the on/off switch is located. We will definitely come to you again and hopefully this problem will not recur.

The location of the place is amazing, area is quiet, proximity to the beach and restaurants and lively areas.
