Gaia A-frame cabin

The location was stellar, even better than it seems with private access to the river and a beautiful path down to it. The cabin itself is even better than in the photos, and the main bed is huge and so comfy. The deck was a dream and the braai got the job done perfectly. It's an extraordinarily comfy affair, and we felt so comfortable the whole time. As a bonus, Taryn is a lovely host and hooked us up with extra ice, wood and firelighters when we needed them. HIGHLY recommend!

Wish the inverter had lasted longer and that there was better indoor lighting at night.

We were looking forward to it - a tree cabin - it was supposed to be the highlight of our stay in Africa. We followed their instructions. We were pontual on the arrival time. It was a running day, we got in the property but found no one to assist us

No proper signage, no direction inside the property. No guidance. After a while, we just had to find an alternative option, another place to stay (without being able to cancel Gaia A frame cabin). When they finally contacted us back it was too late, we have already booked something else, which by the way, was excelente with outstanding attention.

I loved the A-Frame Cabin. It was cute, cosy, and perfect for a 2 night stay. Conveniently situated next to the showers which was great! We loved the family time around the fire pit with the kids and the jungle gym was fabulous for the kids to burn off their energy.

The inverter ran out of power by late afternoon which meant that the fridge had switched off. The lock on the front door could be quite tricky. Would be great if the bushes around the desk were trimmed so that you have more of a view of the river.
